Poll of Muslim World Gives Few Reasons for Hope


A new poll from World Public Opinion pretty much confirms everything we thought we knew about the Muslim world: that while not directly supporting al Qaeda, large majorities of Muslims around the world support many of al Qaeda's goals, hate the US, are clamoring to replace secular repression with religious repression, are paranoid conspiracy theorists, and have no problem with killing US soldiers.

Hatred against Americans is increasing worldwide not Only in Muslim Countries Alone. Just Look at Venezuela, Cuba, China, North Korea and Bolivia None of them is a Muslim Majority Country.

Americans Think that they are the Most Powerful and Richest Country in the world and that's why the are hated the most BUT in reality its the Uncle SAM's Hobby of Fingering in Affairs of other Countries which is the Root Cause of Hatred against the Americans.

You misrepresent.

Perhaps US soldiers might be stationed in non-Muslim majority countries such as perhaps, India, particularly in the south.

Reality is that most have not been drinking from the poison well -- the purpose of the poll is to understand and formulate policy - US policy is meeting failure, this is not a positive for anybody, not for the US and not for Muslims either -- however; sooner though I fear later, those in the US who think ROI has been high on their particular investment will have little choice but to admit the truth.

Nice propaganda spin. Most poll questions are like "Do you want the US occupation out of Islamic Countries?"

Most people said yes.

The poll is quick to remind "Oh btw, this is an Al Qaeda Goal". Just because the Muslims support this goal, doesn't put them on par with Al Qaeda. It further proves what most analysts have been saying that Al Qaeda draws its energy from the corrupt and imperialist actions of the US.

Spinning it to promote fearmongering is a classic technique used by Islamaphobes.
