I belong to PP-150 and there are concrete proofs available about rigging in by-elections. PTI candidate was winning with 2500 lead and then results of 2 polling stations went missing. And then, N-League candidate was declared winner with narrow margin of 300 votes.

Then present them to the court or the ECP. PML-N has also advised PTI to do so. If those "concrete proofs" has some substance to them, a reelection might be ordered.
However, just for your information. The result to ECP is only dispatched after it has been signed by the political agents of all the participating parties. So firstly go and grab your political agents who signed those results despite "concrete evidences" of rigging.

This b!tching is not gonna work now, how shamelessly you rob in day light and then start lecturing others. Go visit PP-150 for once and ask anyone there about what happened, every one know its loud and clear..

O bhai, let me make it simple. You are implying that section 144 was imposed by LHC in Lahore at Sept 2011 and is imposed till date. Then how come all major political parties including your own party were able to do Jalsa and political campaign in Lahore before elections and by-elections?? Don't tell me all that was done while section 144 was imposed in Lahore, because that will be plain bullsh!t.. Don't tell me that section 144 was imposed in lahore for infinite period of time. It was imposed for dengue and was auto quashed once dengue season was over.. Makes sense?

Its you who need to proof that section 144 was imposed while PTI did peaceful protest at Mall Road, otherwise whatever Punjab Police did at Mall Road was illegal and so was your Punjab Govt's claim about section 144.

Also about the news you have posted. It was for dengue, and dengue season comes once a year for 2 - 3 months if I'm not wrong. Section 144 was imposed in 2011 at request of Srilankan Doctors to tackle dengue, it was specifically for dengue, so we can safely say that when dengue season was over, that order for Section 144 was auto quashed.

ECP is itself is a legal body, the election campaigning was done in the days when ECP specifically allowed campaigning by using its judicial and constitutional powers. If you can tell me about any other jalsa conducted outside the period allowed by ECP, I will be obliged.

LAHORE:
Leaders of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz marched on The Mall in a rally but did not violate Section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC), the Civil Lines station house officer (SHO) submitted on Thursday in response to a petition for a case against the PML-N leaders.
The SHO said that PML-N leaders including Law Minister Rana Sanaullah travelled from 90 Shahra-i-Quaid-i-Azam (The Mall) to the Assembly Hall, but did not violate Section 144.
Petitioner’s counsel Muhammad Azhar Siddique said that public assembly on The Mall was banned under Section 144 and he would show the court pictures published in newspapers of the PML-N leaders to establish that they had violated the ban and the LHC’s orders. Additional District and Sessions Judge Abdur Raheem set April 12 for the next hearing of the petition.
The petitioner, Advocate Muhammad Muneer, had submitted that apart from the LHC’s clear order to stop processions, rallies or gatherings on The Mall, the district coordination officer (DCO) had imposed Section 144. He said that the police were reluctant to register an FIR against the PML-N leaders and asked the court to order a case.
