This is an attack on the people of Pakistan by non state actors. In India, the STATE actor kills Kashmiris, just recently, in these last 3-4 months Indian STATE killed 70 Kashmiris.

Its like comparing apples with organages, Also it shows the true colours of Indians yet again. The Indian state kills Kashmiris for fun and laugh at them when they die. Here a Pakistani is attacked by terrorists (Non State Actor) and the Indians are quick to blame the Pakistan of mass murder of Kashmiris?
