Overheating means consumption led growth that PMLN did in its last tenure where industry, agriculture and exports remained pretty much stagnant. Not the historic agricultural, industrial and export growth that we saw recently.
If the export industry and agriculture had not grown at that pace in the last 2 years, we would have seen far worse crisis today and would have needed much more foreign exchange to account for less export earnings and to cater for food needs.
