LAHORE: Senator Mushahid Hussain Sayed has joined Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz and according to the sources he will get a senate ticket from the party.

Mushahid Hussain, who is retiring from the Senate, was relieved of his position as parliamentary leader of PML-Q in the upper house last month after crucial voting on the 24th Constitution Amendment Act.

The senator met with the PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif at the latter’s residence in Lahore and accepted the offer to join the party.

After the meeting, Mushahid said that the senate ticket was not discussed today.

Mushahid Hussain Syed to contest Senate polls from PML-N

LAHORE: Mushahid Hussain Sayed resigned as Senator of Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) to join Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).

According to reports, PML-N Chairman Nawaz Sharif had invited Sayed to join his party.

Sayed met Sharif on Sunday and expressed his satisfaction on joining PML-N.

He will contest the Senate polls on the ticket of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz as well.

The media may say what they want, fact it musharaf with PML-Q brought biggest reformation in Pakistan. There are many in PML-Q who did a lot of good work
