I.k should come into open declaring their president gone wrong or else it will be assumed from now on that I.k is deliberately creating chaos for unknown reasons. If a governor using unconstitutional means can dismiss a c.m then what is stopping the president to extend the same favour to the prime minister and also dismissing the governor on the same technical grounds ?


I.k very well could have dissolved the assemblies a week later but instead opted to orchestrate a horse and ponny show by giving enough time to the opposition to bring Adam aitmad.

President has no power to appoint or remove a Governor. This is the prerogative of the PM. President is bound to act on the advice of the PM.
