No its not, all the surveys before hand were already predicting it. Just because your anti military and are not happy about PTI winning doesnt make it rigged.

Biasness bounds to believe what we want to believe..if we analyse and see the pattern followed before and after elections then we will come to know that there is some truth in the claim of" pre and after poll rigging".
I don't think that PTI can get these seats without somebody's help and i cant even think that N league can loose much seats without somebody's help...

If winners are electables then loosers are also electables and they knew how 2 win Punjab..
Hence it can be deducted that there was some help put forward to decide between 2 electables...
