Even though changing status of Karachi will be constitutional and widely supported, the govt should hold a referendum in Karachi and the decide based on that. This will improve legitimacy of the decision from a political perspective. Internationally we can show how a democracy makes decisions as per the aspirations and wishes of the people, unlike the largest democracy in our neighborhood.

Chances don't wait for anybody. Supreme Court, people, media, civil society etc you name it. Everyone is with PTI when it comes to Karachi.

Just imagine if PTI manages to do wonders for Karachi, her popularity will get SKY ROCKET on national level. A turbo boost straight up vertically. International media may also cover it since Khi as port city ridiculously attracts attention from around the world. It's your business center, dammit.

Karachi was always part of Federal since 1947, still i don't how it was become Sindh property? Quaid E Azam himself buy land from Sindh and make it Federal area. Federal must claim Karachi as her own
