They already did most of those things when they came into power, the problem is they are dealing with a problem in the scale of billions so those actions alone arent nearly enough.

The root problems infrastructure, education, industry, etc. can't be addressed because the country has no money to invest in them.

Don't you think this will ensure that all the talented brains remained away from government services when all the private sector is much better in benefits.

After all these nerds make the country proud. Moreover they'd be aided by the deputy chief/deputy secretary from the very same organization so that the people don't feel any resentment wrt climbing up the ladder besides, they'd be aware of the fact that the chief is a thorough technical guy.

In my previous post I was only suggesting the budget cuts for the good for nothing clerical staff from bps 17-22. However they won't be needed no more when the devolution of power takes place. I mean no one wants to arrange a royal lifestyle for a Lyman doing Acr's. An upper divisional clerk discharging his functions under the newly hired technocrat of a secretary can perform it for 50-55k then why waste millions for a single guy and his two hours office routine?

I have a solution for this situation.
I have some sources, through which we can trace the best honest guy from FBR. Make that guy the finance minister. And kickout all IMF bastards.
Another suggestion is : focus FBR and AGPR, clean them, organize them, nurtur them. And then they will do the rest of the job.
Third suggestion is: take honest bureaucrats, fire half of your parliament, get these bureaucrats in parliament, and see what professionals do with all sort of haramis.
