Featured PM Okays Creation of Liaison Body for Spy Agencies

MI protects its space as IB does, and both have known to have a problem with interference from ISI. In fact, IB is the only civilian agency in this country which keeps some kind of check on ISI's internal meddling.
None of this is true.
Everyone is lamenting at how the choice of the DG ISI to lead this organization is disastrous.
The ones who are lamenting are the same ones who will oppose the promotion as well as posting of General staff. Anything to do with Generals or top brass, these members will show up and take a stand against it.

I think, that as long, as the co-ordination is happening, between them by the Military, itself, it could widely, help the overall response time, but it it was to be done by the civilian sector, then it would have been as we know what happens in this country, but as the military is the head, I think its a win-win situation for Pakistani Intelligence Agencies, and putting them under a Ministry is a bad idea, rather letting them working autonomously, and communicate them through this would keep a nice balance between secrecy of the ISI and the operational reaction time.
