US does not favors India's entry into elite nuclear clubs rather, US will damage the credibility of NPT and NSG. Ironically, NSG was created in response to Indian historic nuclear proliferation of 1974. Today India wants to become a member of that group but having black spots on nuclear proliferation record.

It's going to be a funny and ironic moment, and a feather in Indian diplomacy once again when it enters.

No court in the world can summon modi, on the issues of gujrat. Modi is an elected leader, by democracy of India. If modi does something wrong in their land then, they have right to summon. Otherwise, it is an insult to democracy.

I can file a complaint against any world leader and summon him to be present in my court. That happens with weak countries.
