Infrastructure is equally important to the things you mentioned for a country to develop
All the western countries developed their's in late 1800's when their countries were wrecked by poverty and disease and just look across the border at india which is also developing its infrastructure. These Airport ans Motarways provide jobs motarways are designed by engineers even airports + electricians civil engineers and common workers everything has it's own share in the budget.... the world is fool which are using billion and billions of dollars on their infrastructure they all should spend on education and Health....

yes it's worth to invest in Signal free highways you want to stuck in Traffic jams? even in usual routine like take Karachi for example have much traffic jams in the peak hours in every road of Karachi even on Shahrah.e.Faisal with that jams it takes hours and hours to reach your destinations even Ambulances don't reach to Hospitals... if Signal Free Highways don't worth that much why is that every developed country or under developing countries focus on Signal free roads?? Plus Motarways are the roads which interconnects your cities meaning faster transport or good from one part of country to another.... if there wasn't any Motarway build how will you go to Lahore from Islamabad? by GT road ? put 200,000 vehicles on GT road (cars Buses Trucks) what will happen traffic jams.... if you travel on motarway you can go to Lahore in 3 hours 30 minutes from Islamabad but if you go from GT road the time will increase as it's passing from different cities and Bazaars and you'll reach Lahore in 6 hours try it....

It doesn't matter who asked for what? Both PPP and PML-N have neglected these hubs of commerce. This is why parties like MQM demand a separate province. This is why there is a sense of isolation in Balochistan.
Keep blaming the other, or prevent a future catastrophe by intervening today. Your choice.

Both of them are provincial leaders, not Pakistani ones. Since you're an expert on business, please tell me what percentage of the business community actually needs new motorways to export? How many of them are SMEs that rely on just local customers for revenue.

You are Absolutely right about that.. but Punjab Government is building signal free roads and highways extending roads making bridges making Metro train on 3 different routes (blue Orange and Purple line) some projects details are under so what's stopping Sindh Government to do Development in Karachi ??? All Parties agreed on 18th Amendment (Provinces can to developments on their own) according to their resources

The prime minister said this is one of the finest policies of civil aviation incorporating good features of modern policies. He described it as liberal, forward looking and progressive policy taking care of many problems, including those facing PIA.

I sure as hell hope he's right. PIA used to be the pride of Pakistan, many foreigners used to use it in 60s and 70s and PIA also helped start Qatar Airways, Gulf Air and Emirates which is the best airline in the world today but sadly because of our petty politics look where PIA is now.
