Incorrect. When a car is bought, registered, or fueled, the government takes its cut. Everybody pays a lot of indirect taxes in Pakistan on houses, cars and just about everything else.

Yes there are many taxes when one purchases a car but they are only 1 time. Someone who buys a car keeps it for atleast 5 years but only pays tax once when he buys, which is wrong.

Yes but inDirect taxes are crazy high for the lower to the middle class which weaker there purchasing power.
Pakistan needs to set a define a minimum wage , and then set taxs according to Pay while lowering indirect tax specially lowering on the products which can be purchased from local companies ( given Quality Control ).

There is license plate renewal to take care of that already. It should be digital however as kick backs are involved in renewal otherwise it doesnt gets done.

Incorrect. What percentage of the price of the fuel that the car will use over its lifetime is tax? Similarly, what about other items spares and consumables that are taxed.

The real reforms in the tax system by making it progressive and not subject to bureaucratic whims are nowhere to be found, by design.
