But a true politician would have faced that! It would have exposed the Lotas and the Sellouts to the Pakistani people! You know Benazir Bhutto single-handedly defeated not only the entire opposition parties but also the Pakistani Establishment in the 1989 NCV--and if I recall only by about 12 votes. She was going to be a political winner either way. As would have been Imran Khan. But Imran is not a shrewd politician and his ego is too high and his advisors are too dumb.

Supreme court has no Right to Review case brought by criminals who broke Article 63A

Pakistan's constitution states clearly , you cannot "Buy" or Entice a member of another party to vote against the party this is Illegal
Article 63A

Now if your first act is wrong , and those members should be disqualified

How can you have 172 votes when the members guilty of changing vote broke law ?

The No confidence motion itself is illegal as it is based on a illegal first act
Also due to security threat , and proof of outside interference , speaker is 100% correct to reject illegal motion

The guilty can't cry , wolf and go complain to Supreme court for review
That itself is illegal , supreme court has no right over Assembly proceedings

That seems like common sense but has the SC taken this into account? So far most people are predicting a negative outcome for PTI since the SC looks like it will pass a judgement when they shouldn't be interfering at all. They previously threw out the petition when PTI tried to block the NCV due to sold out members. They didn't even get involved.

your hope is in vain, brother. supreme chore has already said that he will not decide according to circumstances but by his understanding of the constitution. in other words there is no room in his version/vision Pakistan for Hussaniat. mu'avia wins again.

Benazair won NCV with all kind of horse trading and blatantly using government resources to buy or coerce MNAs

That is not a very good example for Imran Khan

The right thing would be to resign from the assemblies citing foreign conspiracy and massive horse trading as an excuse

But apparently Imran would like to get humiliated more both in assembly and in supreme court

BS!! The Sharifs had far deeper pockets built-up under Zia since 1978! You think the Sharifs had lesser money than Benazir in 1989 to buy MNAs??
You were probably not even BORN then! I was there and saw the drama played out in the newspapers and the TV! The Establishment of Pakistan didn't even want her to become the PM and supported the NCV against her, and she faced insurmountable odds but decided to fight on and took the NCV and defeated them. Imran Khan $ucked up on the NCV in contrast!!
