Even in the most intense anti-American climate in Pakistan General Bajwa, in his pivotal speech a few days ago, acknowledged America's help to Pakistan. Pakistan was a State in 1947 where thorns from the desert vegetations were used as staples in govt documentations in the new capital Karachi. Pakistan chose America, the winning side of the Cold War, while Indians stupidly chose the Soviets. And I have seen Indians still cursing the Nehru dynasty for those decisions. There had been many, many economic and military benefits for Pakistan by being an American ally.
I know things are different for the last two decades but let's not get carried away with blanket statements. What Bajwa is saying is real politic. Mindful of Pakistan's issues. Bajwa is not standing on a Shipping Container saying 'Ooooye Tu. Oooooye Nawaz Sharif! Ooeeeye....'

The bench put aside Article 69.

Article 69: Courts not to inquire into proceedings of Majlis-e-Shoora (Parliament)
1. The validity of any proceedings in Majlis-e-Shoora (Parliament) shall not be called in question on the ground of any irregularity of procedure.
2. No officer or member of Majlis-e-Shoora (Parliament) in whom powers are vested by or under the Constitution for regulating procedure or the conduct of business, or for maintaining order in Majlis-e-Shoora (Parliament), shall be subject to the jurisdiction of any court in respect of the exercise by him of those powers.
3. In this Article, Majlis-e-Shoora (Parliament) has the same meaning as in Article 66.

President should send a reference against the bench for not following article 69.

At the VERY LEAST whole nation's demand is:

No Sharif/Zardari/Mullah and their families in power - EVER!

Then IK can also leave. This would be a HUGE sacrifice from Khan and a win for Pakistan. Those families should be rooted out of Pakistan. Let them take the money which they have already plundered, but they should never be allowed in Pakistan again.

Stop sending money to your loved ones in Pakistan. If they need money they can ask their daddies shareefs and Zardari. They deserve these leaders.

And the next time you see them and they say 'humein bi bula lo amreeka or xyz' slap the shit out of them.

I've just sent zakat to the poor people in Pakistan. God willing I will look elsewhere from now on, Yemen and Somalia deserves more then wretched foolish people of Pakistan.

Majority are fake cases and in some cases prosecution is weak. Court can’t do anything about that. Like PTI foreign funding case it’s been 6 years no decision yet.

If the cases are fake then they should be able to sail through them without a hitch don't you think? They should have every document to show that cases are fake we have such and such docs? Why the drama of qamar dard, tatti phass gayi, mariyma ka bach 4 mahinay mein ho gaya?

Abhi buht game baki hai. IK loves to hit when they are happiest. Deputy speaker can simply refuse to comply citing the same article that says SC cant interfere. Buht kuch hona hai abhi, itna asaan nahi ho sakta dono sides kay liye.

Bhai jaan khush fehmi...IK has shown zero spine so far against the establishment...

It's easy to hit against the corrupt looteray pawns of the establishment...but altogether a very different proposition to after them directly.

Cometh the hour cometh the man, let's see if IK has the kahunays to go after the real power in this country.
