He looks irritated because Imran Khan refused to form personal relationship with Erdogan like his predecessors. He also knows Imran Khan cannot be corrupted like Erdogan and his businessmen sons.

Anyone who sees him regularly he is like that. He don't laugh much and you people take him grim.
