Do you know 100% of Military pays taxes, since they get paid salary after tax is deducted ? So lets not just get tax from some 0.8 million troops but also cut their budget, since the other 195 million can't be bothered with.
When the nation is in an economic crisis as well as security crisis, so to cater for economic crisis, throw the security crisis in the gallows.

Those who follow orders, keep milking them. Those who don't, force them to pay tax when booking new cars.
