An accountability court had declared Ali Imran ‘proclaimed absconder.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – A multi-story shopping mall owned by former Punjab chief minister and Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) president Shebaz Sharif’s son-in-law Ali Imran on Saturday mysteriously caught fire killing one while injuring two others.

Well-informed sources told Dunya News that office of Ali Trading Company is located on the same floor where blaze erupted. The record of agreement of Punjab Saaf Pani Company was also stashed on the same floor.

Thus far, Ali Imran—who is facing anti-graft proceedings—hasn’t yet produced record of Punjab Saaf Pani Company and Punjab Power Development Company before National Accountability Bureau (NAB).

Earlier yesterday, an accountability court had declared Ali Imran ‘proclaimed absconder’. Shehbaz Sharif’s son-in-law is accused of receiving graft money from the CEO of the Punjab Power Development Company (PPDC) Ikram Naveed.

Over budget project and list of people related to over-budget project is needed 100%

Willingly hide information from State = Criminal penalty

Failure to Submit documents when asked by NAB = Criminal Penalty/Financial penalty
Every month missed = Criminal Penalty/Financial penalty

People who died due to Negligence in Fire Security = Criminal Penalty (Involuntary Man slaughter) This is actually a 10-15 year crime

No water available near building = Criminal penalty on building safety

No training for people to escape building = Criminal penalty

People injured due to fire = Criminal penalty for lack of protection on their health unsafe building

• Enough Proof to put people 5-15 years behind bars

Now if ISI or Police uncovers hand of people to purposely set the building a fire , then it is Terrorism charges, in that case Military Tribunal could also be used for Terrorism against State Records

There needs to be a law where one has to "submit" said records to a govt agency so we have a copy in case such incidents happen and they have been occurring EVERY TIME there is a case! I mean I havent seen anything related to Shariff LEGIT business catching fire or records any of their business that isnt in trouble with courts catching fire!

All Projects for Government (Federal/Provincial) should have 5 set of copies

a) Government Federal Digital Copy
b) Provincial Government Digital Copy
c) FBR office Copy shows what / who was paid money so they can ask for unpaid taxes

d) Ministry Level Digital Copy
e) Consultant/Engineering firm Digital Copy at their Premises


If NAB/Supreme courts need copy of documentation they should request copy from any of these places

• No Project / Payment should commence until 5 Copies submitted and confirmation by a Lawyer that copies were submitted to 5 entities when projects start

All 5 Documents must match 100%

They are trying to run the govt. Why what is wrong with a building burning and record burning? Let's forget this and focus on more important issues at hand like atif main. Let's try to put pressure on govt and let the corrupt go free.
