It's one of PLA's many versions. It's somewhat similar in role to the US M151 PROTECTOR system, but with more advanced armor, more powerful 30 mm gun, and more automated system. I don't know the name, but it is fully automated and unmanned. This means the guy can simply sit back, enjoy his fried rice, while the 30mm chain gun goes kung-pao (all by itself) on the enemy.
It can also be remote controlled.
It's deployed on IFVs and APCs, but can also be deployed on tanks.
