I highly doubt any of the photo is PLAN ship, firstly the hull numbers are not right, then the paint colours not standard PLAN colour as well.

From the tri-color of the funnel, both are US Navy ships.

Both are pictures of USN ships. Or did the USN just sell them to PLAN?
