Your Russian source contradicts your statment. the MTBO is 1000 hours, and it says something about a 4,000 hour life, i'm assuming the 4,000 hour figure is for the 117S since you copied and pasted a fraction of the original source.

And what method of weight are you using Newtons or LBS?

According to the national standards of the Russian Federation:GOST-17106-90,many componeonts(especially the accessories) are not counted in engine dry weight ,such as exhaust nozzle(TVC) ,gearbox,generator,heat exchanger,oil tank,and etc..
