China offered many negotiations to other claimants in SCS, we hoped to talk with others with our reason and evidence. But clearly some of them cannot accept our argument which is from our point of view righteous and can't give up. So it inevitably ended up with power game then. It's pathetic for all of us but with this kind of reality we could only do any means necessay to defend ancestor's land. We cannot go to the international court for a): we don't accept any judgement involving our legal territory, and b): we can get no justice for China's enemy will surely manipulate the judge to against us, we prefer to defend our land & sea by ourselves
