That is a test bed ship with hull No.892, it is not a new ship, and for many years it has been used to test many PLA Navy's new weapons like navy SAM, CIWS, AESA radrs and other electronic gears.

Noted that the first photo has FL 3000N fitted, after the completion of the tests, we should see the deployment of FL 3000N very soon, possible for new class or upgraded destroyers/ frigate and possibly aircraft carrier.
