2- 1st Lieutenant Emre As, an officer newly graduated from the Land Forces Academy, killed by an ambush of PKK when he and his team was on a counter-smuggling patrol.

3- Specialist Sergeants Yahya and Murat, shot dead in the heads by PKK on downtown from their backs when on a rest day.

4- Petty Officer Necdet Gündoğdu, an Airman from Diyarbakır AFB. Killed by PKK from the back of his neck when he went out to shopping fruit to his pregnant wife.
