Well I studied town planning as part of my BS engineering. And as per the known definition of a village that I am aware of, a village is a group of few houses holding 500-2500 individuals. Some definitions keep the number as low as 100-500. But in the above mentioned cases, a single highrise hold that much people so how can you call a group of 30 such buildings "a village" ?
I actually was more keen to observe the actual existing villages of China to see their way of life. Not criticising the urbanisation of village areas, I am an engineer, I admire high-risers.
