yes i too saw it for first time. Doesn't look like a trainer so perhaps pilot and a weapon system officer on-board design.

It was built for testing NLCA, since they can't risk to use an actual carrier right from the start.

It's a separate runway to the runway at INS Hansa bro. This SBTF was built by the IN specifically for training their naval aviators for carrier ops and for testing and developing the N-LCA.
