This is a real picture, not a photoshop. Remeber he was born in Pakistan.

i can read some of the words, but it dont make sense. i think its some kinda speech where is talking about some law and justifying it.

I am sorry if I am wrong but there are certain things about it that makes it look strange:

just look at the light/shadow ratio on his hand holding the card, but more importantly follow the light/shadow proportions along the edges of that card and compare it with the rest of the pic???

I'll really appreciate it if someone could clarify this

I did some search on this issue and YES he can read Urdu. Infact he more comfortabel reading Urdu than anyother language. Not only he, his family including brothers and sister can read and write Urdu.

Yes he can read write Urdu, he is 77 now, my grandfather is also same age, he told me only Urdu was the first language taught in schools in Punjab even 10 yrs after partition. He worked in co-operative bank and all register work is in Urdu. He speaks Punjabi but cant write.
