unfortunately for them(and fortunately for us) right now they are not very advanced at cutting edge tech.

but things will change fast ppl,,,,pretty fast

India needs Lots of Transports planes, we need to build them here ...

yes even i am more keen on mta tender with russia.

We aren't a superpower for nothing. Advanced technology and methods allows them to churn them out in droves.

True, but WW-2 also showed that if countries possess nuclear weapons, there will be no total war any more, and the industrial base won't be the highest priority for warfighting. And since all countries in the neighbourhood are nuclear...

Of course, having a mighty industrial base serves other purposes, especially in peacetime. Prosperity, for one. I really hope that USA doesnt allow its industrial economy to be undercut by east asia. Detroit has to rise again. Wall street can't manufacture prosperity and wealth, only industries manufacturing and production can.
