if employees they go again and again for strikes then PIA will go more into losses and more losses mean it will go bankrupt and then easy way to sell it... best solution is decrease the employees burden cut the employees size 19000 employees to only 5 to 7 thousands employees. 19000 employees operating only 39 aircraft and every year billions rupees lossess.

PTCL 26% stake was over priced. Every expert has confirmed that it was worth less than $2 billion.

The offer of $2.(something) billion was just so that other telecom competitors wouldn't buy it. Consider it a sweetening of the deal when the Pakistani-Arabi bhai-bhai didn't work.

But Pakistan failed to look at the bid on the conditions PTCL(Pakistan) would never have been able to meet.

I am all for the privatization of the PIA, but the Government has no right to murder people who are peacefully protesting. Second, the Government needs to release the PIA workers they have kidnapped and are holding them without any arrest warrants.

PML-N needs to start acting like a Government and not a Mafia.

PIA employees too happy to carry on with the fat mess that is PIA. This employees are happy to go on with life as it was stuck in the 70's, providing sub standard service.

Its high time PIA is sold too people that know how to run an airline, the employees are happy to make no changes can carry on like they have for decades. PIA is charging people premium fares for terrible service.

Get rid of all PIA employees and give contracts to new employees, these contacts should be performance based as its done all over the world.
