Does China have a smaller-tactical nuke for use in such scenarios? You know when it doesnt need to kill everyone just yet, only a few? 5 kilotons for Manila don't you think?

buddy..you'll kill me.. by the way..the pic you mentioned is DF-21D...it is ASBM,not ICBM...

by the way...me too is waiting for the nukes...they said they launched it,maybe its traffic there...because chinese members launched so many nukes in past few days...

FYI now China has only "Megaton" nukes,because "Kiloton" nukes were sold just before Chinese new year..so,they are out of stock...
