Just so you know, majority of the components in Brahmos are all replaced by Indian alternatives even though they used Russian components at the very start. All recent versions of Brahmos have indigenous booster, seeker, airframe, guidance systems including all the onboard electronic modules. Ramjet is the only Russian component which could also be easily replaced but we intend to keep it since this is still considered as a JV

That can be fulfilled by Brahmos-NG which can be integrated into any fighter jet since the current version of AA Brahmos is too larger for medium and light fighter jets. Even for the Su-30MKI, the undercarriage has to be modified and strengthened to carry the regular variant

The current fighter jet fleet of Phillipines AF is too small consisting 12x T-50 Golden Eagles, 7x OV-10 Broncos and 6x Brazilian Super Tucanos all being light attack jets. The Brahmos NG can be integrated onto the T-50s but it's better of they stick to ground/sea based variants for now

Try reading the letter again where Delfin N Lorenzana, the secretary of Philippines Department of National Defence wrote a letter to Col.Rajendra Negi who is the authorized representative of Brahmos Aerospace that proposal for acquisition of Brahmos shore based system for Philippines Navy for $375mn has been accepted and Brahmos Aerospace should respond within 10 days per the terms of reference
