Philippines Eyes Frigates From India

This is the truth?? We already have 7000 tonne indigenously built frigates in Service.So cut the cr@p

Plz tell me you build it cost how many yeas?
Can you give it to Philippines before 2023 when it be order in 2014.

Build one new frigate in Indian.

Shivalik-class frigate need 9 years.
Brahmaputra-class frigate need 11 years.
Kamorta-class corvette need 8 +years.(run aground)
Kora-class corvette need 8 years.
Saryu-class patrol vessel need 6 years.

All these include the time taken for deals for stuff like gas turbine engines etc that had to be imported.Oh and Dont forget the Aircraft carrier,which China hasnt even started making :

Philippines would only need a 2000 tonner,we will sell then an upgraded Kamorta,got problems?

1400 tons Kora-class corvette with 2 diesel motors ,the new one
INS Karmuk cost your 7 years.

3000 tons
Kamorta-class corvette with 4 diesel engines , the first one cost your 7 years only sea trail, and run aground now.

Upgraded?Plz finish INS Kamorta first.
Now you need repair it to complete your sea trail.

In other countries ,a shell become a war ship only need 1~3 years ,but Indian

We built a 1300 tons war ship only cost least than 2 years,4000 tons 3 years.

But the Chinese authorities say,first indigenous Chinese aircraft carrier would be a copy of Varyag.....!!
