Yup money talks. Philippines should realize this reality and just concentrate on improving their sick economy and catch up with their neighbors or else Filipinos will start working for the Viets in a few years as domestic helpers or whatever you call it. Its over Philippines as far as the shoals go, just take the loss and move on.
