Just ignore the comparison with Bangladesh....only the allocation for education is a slap on entire nation....

He is wrong because of lack of knowledge on subject matter, I already commented on his tweet.

See, as explained by @Zaki , unlike Bangladesh, after 18th amendment, education and health budgets are now the responsiblilty of provinces, so in order to check real allocation for money regarding education and health sector , you have to analyze provincial budgets from GB to Sindh where as, defense budget is federal matter only. Those 6 billions allocation mentioned in his tweet is related to federal capital only.
