yes, that's me bro.

Well, yea I was confused to the limit but then it was at 100 by default. So, I changed it to 210 as of 2.1 billion muslim population.

But I could edit anything in the petition.

Arab Dictators control OIC.Doubt they will listen to your petition.Muslims are morally and ethically bankrupt to build something like IU.OIC does not have significance in international affairs.Arab Countries control it just to exercise their fake influence.Majority of the muslim countries have the most corrupt dictatorial governments (Population is not far behind in corruption).

I'll insist on billion plus petitioner.1 million is not the big sample enough to impose something on majority of billion plus.

For name, I got an inspiration from European Union & Eurasian Union (2015 planned).

billion + , that's impossible to hit the goal. It will take like a year.
