This is by design. It is the job of the SSG to have a full fledged ATT capability for the country. They get special funding to train and equip for such a role. Local Police units are being trained up and will eventually burden some of this responsibility as well.

We don’t know about their nationality. Even if they are Arabs, Uzbeks or whatever that does not make all Uzbeks or Arabs guilty. The people that should be blamed are the ones that carried out these awful actions. You as a Muslim should know better haven’t we been lumped in with extremists unjustly?
