for sindh health ministry MQM made trauma centre in karachi and avoided dingue to spread in sindh

MQM can only do what it can, it cant bring investment into pakistan and grow its economy at 9% rate if it doesnt have finance minstry or it cant eliminate load shedding if it doesnt have energy ministry
