Between the two Shariff's, there is a pact since IK's sit ins. IK did something very detrimental to Pakistan by establishing the sit ins. But, he did something great for the current gov't and the military. He brought both the Shariff's together.
Gen. Raheel has learned a LOT about NS and vis-a-vis, result in making a Civilian-Military team (good cop, bad cop).

Both agreed that there shouldn't be ANY stopping to Pakistan's growth. Result number 1: the operation in FATA, 2: IK was told to pack up and go home, 3: despite Mushy's backing and a few other general's backing, MQM's fate was decided as its a bunch of violent criminals, paralyzing the entire country's backbone, aka, the port city of Karachi and 4: setting up military courts so all these lunatics, terrorists and serious criminals can be sent to hell faster for killing innocent civilians!
