Pervaiz Khatak and Imran Khan are lying : EC

Your post confirms to me your head resides mostly where the sun don't shine.

Funny, i was thinking the same thing about you.
As for defamation you should first know the meaning of this word . . . . especially in the light of source: FAFEN" you have provided. Because "FAFEN" declared 2013 G.E as the fairest in pakistan's history. But on the contrary IK kept defaming every reputable person he could think of without any shred of evidence for months. From chief justice to army staff to election commission to prime minister. And i have said nothing about IG durani but only stated performance by kpk police.
As for terrorism that is the Army and secret services doing the best they can otherwise other institutions were in no position to achieve anything considerable.

.
And Election Commission the most incompetent election governing body of the world, is not lying.

In your frenzy to discredit Imran or PTI, you lose sense of proportion.

You being a Noora fan, how many times did Nawaz let municipal elections in Punjab? This is PMLN sixth government in the province.

You stated Nasir Durrani came on television to say that police acted at their own discretion to arrest Mian Iftikhar of ANP because he did not want to incriminate his 'handlers' (read PTI since you have been claiming ANP was politically targeted). This is a CLEAR charge against Nasir Durrani's character and reputation, now you have audacity to cover up your lies and say 'oh but I didn't say anything against Nasir Durrani but only KPK police'. Ha! Bullocks! Try these silly bait and switch tactics elsewhere.

Don't worry about 2013 elections, you and your patwari league will sh*t their shalwars when the Judicial Commission completes its investigation and issues its final report.

Imran and Vitamin follow a simple modusoperandi.
1- Blame others for the faults they have not done.
2-Blame others for their own faults.
I thought Rehman Malik was the best of liers in the country but this Hanson ki Jodi is in close competition.

And Election Commission the most incompetent election governing body of the world, is not lying.

@SBD ne Hanson ko badnaam kar diya:hitwall: ECP is one of among other corrupt institute in Pakistan but if it's about ECP or PTI than Five stars for PTI with a finger as a bounce.

.
According to IK, PMLN was responsible for rigging as they were the benefiting party, they designed it all. Whereas they (PMLN) weren't in govt. didn't get there choice of caretaker setup, but somehow agreed to it all and so did PTI.
But now when PTI is in power and things happening under there nose they are not ready to take the blame . . . . dozens of people died during elections, severe mismanagement and irregularities but still they say ECP is to be blame.

PMN-N got a clear majority whereas PTI didn't so how exactly did it help PTI to rig the elections?

I was commenting on IK's logic, where he refused to take the blame on the one's in power this time. Maybe the rigging in these LBE was against PTI or by PTI or by every one who got the chance to do so . . . . . i don't know . . . . but the thing is that every political party even JI which is in coalition with PTI has objected on these elections and it was all over the media about the severe irregularities and fake votes and dozens of people been killed . . . . then i ask you whom to blame for this . . acoording to IK's logic about 2013 elections, it's the kpk govt/pti.

news from 2014:

KP local govt polls in three phases proposed

After getting an order last month to delay the local government elections in Punjab and Sindh, the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) again approached the Supreme Court on Friday, suggesting that the polls be held in three phases in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The law and order situation in the province provides ample justification to hold the elections in phases to ensure security, an application submitted to the court by the ECP as well as the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government said.

In order to hold the elections in phases, said the application, the provincial government and the ECP needed extension of the date. The last week of April would be most suitable for holding the first phase of the elections.

The government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa had not suggested any election date earlier.

On Jan 13, the court allowed the commission to scrap the election schedules for Sindh and Punjab and announce new dates after completing the prerequisites.

Earlier, the ECP had proposed the third-time revised dates of Feb 23 and March 13 for polls in the two provinces.

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government said the authorities would be able to notify the delimitation by Feb 15. It said it was doing its best to ensure a transparent and fair completion of the delimitation process to avoid disputes and litigation.

The provincial government, ECP and the National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) were thinking of utilising a biometric system in the local government elections, the application said. The system and equipment suggested by Nadra were tested in Peshawar and Islamabad on Dec 28 and Jan 11.

The application said the provincial government had requested the ECP to hold the local councils’ election in three phases.

It recalled that the local government elections in 2001 and 2005 were also held in phases in the province.

There are 26 districts and 74 tehsils in the province and the government has proposed around 3,200 village and neighbourhood councils.

The tiers of local councils proposed in the system require every voter to cast seven ballot papers for various categories of candidates – a process that will consume more time as compared to the earlier elections. The process will need a larger number of staff and booths to complete the process within the polling hours.

Thus if the elections were held in phases, not only would less number of polling staff be required but also a lesser number of biometric machines, it said, adding that it would also be in the interest of the public to hold the elections in three phases in the geographical zones of north (Malakand and Hazara), centre (Peshawar and Mardan) and south (Kohat, Bannu and Dera Ismail Khan).
