they are not audited in Pakistan and there is huge amount of deficiencies in figures given by Pakistan, this has on numerous occasion been taken up by USA agencies

obviously as reimbursement, USA does ask for figures and auditing but its useless the way its done

nope, Pakistan has never claimed any compensation for infrastructure use

there was a study done by NHA about losses of about 2 billion dollars but PM office closed that investigation and fired the NHA head for doing it

Federal Government (PMLN) Performance Report
Federal government of PMLN received highest satisfactory response from Punjab that remain 48%. While people of Sindh are satisfied 35% and Baluchistan and KPK satisfied 29% and 28% respectively.

as pakistani were not coperating, usa looked at its own interest and started to pay without really asking questions
