Beyond that they have no real support in Public

Shabaz Sharif's influence is over 25km zone called Islamabad , which is Surrounded by Rawalpindi which is PTI Supported as well


1- Shabaz Government is holding due to illegal act of not accepting "resignation of PTI members to force election" an illegal act in itself

2- MQM's 1-2 seats which given them majority by 1 vote

3- They manipulated another party's Member of parliament which Constitution forbids , they member has to resign


If Constitution of Pakistan was followed
1- Elections were due in 90 days after Announcement by President which he did
2- Or When PTI resigned from Assembly it should have forced an election

IK is making a fatal mistake by not openly questioning the role of the neutrals and its leadership. By using silly pseudonyms like neutrals he is giving space to the neutrals to have its cake and eat it too. He is also giving more time to his opponents to get their program together. As I had said months ago they'll bury him and his leadership in cases. It will take all of their energy and limit their mobilization efforts. The lower courts will work with PDM to slow IK and PTI. Neutrals will keep saying they are neutral while working behind the scenes in slowing transfers and bureaucratic motions, thereby making all PTI governments toothless. IK will go from pillar to post impressing on people's morals and this ideal will eventually tire out. Time is not on IK's side.

His hope in the judiciary is naive and misplaced. He'll unfortunately learn this the hard way yet again.

Looks like Pak is going toward a confrontation b/w the folks and the government. As usual the civil government is damn weak. Now it all depends on the how the military high command reacts. I am pretty sure they know failure isn't an option on their part. They're under a double edged sword for if they go for action it's a lose/lose. IK is proceeding, keeping in view the limitations and constraints, which circumstances place on him. IK is fully aware and cognizant of the fact that his supporters are not at all in a position to confront Establishment and it's cohorts, head-on. This realization limits his choice of action.

He will not be arrested at Bani gala. He could potentially be arrested tomorrow at the ATC if he is not granted bail. ATC courts function on army's directions, so who knows whether he will be granted bail. He ought not go there in person, at least until crowds surround the court which the crooks won't let happen.
