1) How long did it take for Mahathir Mohammad and Erdogan to turn around finances of their respective courtiers?

...... and BTW, why do IK needs to comeback again if he is so bad? If amazing leaders of PDM, likes of Shahbaz Sharif and Rana Sana Ullah, Maulana Fazlu which are dozen times better than IK, don't you agree?
