PCB can beg all it wants. BCCI will not give a sh*t. File a case, PCB will face humiliation as no cricket board or the ICC has the courage to antagonize India. India means money (which speaks louder than the delusional brigade).
Why don't Pakistan beg China to ask India play cricket with it, as you do in all other fronts ?

Pakistan should approach court of arbiteration they normally impose a world wide ban on the sport body till they pay a fine
They routinely look after sports player vs team cases

I am sure they might also help impose a ban on BCCI

Instead of going to the court, it will be more fruitful if Pakistan request China to intervene on her behalf.

Chinese intervention has blocked Indian entry into NSG and also blocked Indian resolution against Masood Azhar in UN.

Just filing a case on their own will result in the same kind of humiliation as in the case of IWT
