Exactly. Just declare the same and get along with it. Since it is never stated as a fact it is hard to reconcile with. Announce it and there wont be any argument! Quite simple is one can walk the talk!!

It is there for everyone to see but it is always denied as a fact. In fact, people argue this to be un true, STILL.
You are partly getting the drift of my post.
Secularism is always intended to have separation between governance & the religion however in our case soon after the independence secularism was overtly distorted by Gandhi-Nehru clans for two reason.
1. To embolden another social fault lines by alienating & pandering to one community for vote bank politics.
2. To mock & raze down the sentiments/concerns of majority.
Most of the time governments were formed in the name of secularism while plundering the country's resources, misused the government machinery, not just that other aspects of governance were also compromised to appease one community.
Thus in short secularism turned into a bane on Indians rather boon for the masses.
The only way to bring everything on right track was to giving a death to Sickularism & bring the safron coated development & secularism at the fore in Indian polity. Bjp exploited over deep resentment amongst the majority & rose to this level.
Right precedence would have avoided this situation but it was already given too long rope.
Now the you can understand who are the most hurt here in India....
