Or perhaps because we border Afghanistan and had to absorb the worst of conflict spill over that the "Rulers of Pakistan" in "Pakistan's strategic interests" meddled in their affairs.while "Punjabi Army" reaped the benefits of Supporting the US in both the wars while KP suffered the most .
