You are confusing homosexuals with pedophiles and rapists. Straight men with wives rape little girls. Straight men rape women. Consensual sex between adults irrespective of the sexual orientation should not be confused with pedophilia.

It was a rule that was never enforced. It was in the rule books for its antique value and now even that has been removed.
