The use of 144 law to ban carry of weapons need to be implemented for long time to get over such type of incidents. While Government impose 144 time to time civilians uses the carry weapon permission obtained with help of political relations but IMO it should be banned in long term to avoid such incidents. Obtaining these sort of permissions only because of political affiliations is causing us more panic and damage locally.
