TBH mujhy tu lagta hai yea Dawn Leaks aur Panama case ka decision upper nechay is lye a raha hai k Nawaz Sharif ko option dye hain k Panama paper main latkna hai ya Dawn leaks main? Dawn leaks main latknay hai tu beti ap ki involve hai is per case chalay ga. Panama paper main app ko seat chorhni ho gi investigation honay tak. Ab PM nay kya decide kya hai dont know

Diqualification ka tou pata nahi.. but declaration and suspension ki baat tou horahi thi.. abb yeh nahi maloom ke suspension ke saath "PM is also advised to step down (resign)" bhi shamil hai ke nahi.. If PM is advised to resign, that will be too much to digest for PM..

62/63 shamil hai faislay main in shaa Allah..

Aap ab bhi dawn leaks par itnay optimistic kaisy hain????? Esp army act wali baat par?

Resignation suspension se bari baat hai.. suspension aik fized term ke liey hogi agar huee, aur resignation ka matlab mukammal chhutti..

Resignation suspension se bari baat hai.. suspension aik fized term ke liey hogi agar huee, aur resignation ka matlab mukammal chhutti..

Sirf suspended ho tu theek hai.. I dont want ke judges advise ka word use karein... Uska matlab hoga ke PM ki marzi par chor diya ke woh karein ya na karein resign.. Us ne keh diya ke main nahi resign karraha ...phir?

Suspended and advised to resign....ek saath nahi hoga... Suspended ka matlab tu hogaya na ...ke PM ab apni seat par nahi rahay....tu uske advise to resign ki reason / logic nahi banti...

Anyways... Lets see...ke verdict main kia aata hai?

Nawaz Sharif aur Captain Safdar disqualify bhi huay, tu EC ke through baad main honge.. SC se direct disqualification possible nahi
