Like today, when Attorney Gen was asked who wrote this anonymous letter, he had no answer, it is not signed off by anyone, and Maryam Aurangzeb is saying its from Spokesperson of Government, and Talal tried to deflect on Musaddiq Malik, and Musaddiq Malik deflected it on Maryam Aurangzeb - it was like a hot potato being passed to one and another. Another misfired missile that was heat seeking and since heat was in PMLN camp it came back and hit its camp - again
CJ has called the AG in his chamber today (Friday) morning. Let us see what he says to AG.
@PakSword the vid you shared ..of Nadeem Malik's analysis on judges remarks and govt reaction..somehow is not playing.... What did he say?
Yeh kab hua? Ye news main ne tu nahi dekhi...... Abhi tu tv par aisa kuch nahi aaraha.... Does anyone know abt it? @PakSword
Justice Khosa bhi ziada harsh remRks nahi detY thay..hearing main... Woh aisy remarks tu de detay thay ke PM ne kaha tha ke unki zimdagi khuli kitab hai, lekin lagta ahi ke uske kuch safhaat missing hain..... Ye koi aisi harsh remarks nahi thay... Ya agar govt ministers kuch ziada boltay thay tu hanstay hanstay govt ko bataa detay thay..hearing ke dauran ke hum sunn rahay hian..like he said regd Saad Rafiq ke ek wazeer sahab ne humein bhtt daanta ke humein safhaat nazar nahi aarahay... Lekin ziada strict nahi hotay thay..remarks main..usually polite hi rehtay thay.. Lekin verdict main tu hashar nashar kar diya sharif family ka.
I expect opposite from pakora judge... Jitnay strict remarks honge...uske opposite verdict hoga .. I expect same from him, this time
Waisy...is cheez main sab se zabardast Justice Gulzar thay.. He was the quitest amongst 5 judges during hearing... Infact bhtt arse tak tu Justice Gulzar ko note bhi nahi kiya tha...main ne..but verdict unhon ne bhi bhtt strict diya.. He was a true example of....judges apnay faislon se boltay hain.
Kal raat ko hua hai suna tou aisa hi hai.. Main tou Taraweeh ke baad so gaya tha, that's why opened the laptop after Sahoor. tou yeh saari reports subah parhi hain isi forum pe..
Kal koi keh raha tha (I think Babar Awan), ke HUkumat ka bayan baghair signature hai... tou aik tou yehi determine nahi horaha ke woh sahib kaun hain..
Apparently, when the statement was being written, no one was ready to take responsibility of this letter.. So government had to issue it without any signature.. CJ wanted to ask AG, who is behind this statement (which spokesperson)..
Media cell kay kuttay active ho gaye

@PakSword @The Sandman @Hell hound @django @Verve
This is what I am saying.. Azmat Saeed ke remarks ne koi faida nahi diya iss cause ko.. meri nazar main tou nuqsaan hi pohnchaya hai ulta.. abb baqion ko aisa nahi lagta tou hosakta hai main ghalti pe hun..

There is no Judicial Shaheed - SC's should not play to any lobby's audience and all over the world they give stern remarks, and actions. Nothing new or novel. It does not to be politically correct as well - it just needs to be correct, whether its popular or unpopular action/decision.
What benefit PMLN can get from stern remarks of any judge against Nawaz Sharif? ........ Insaafi Shahadat?!? There is no such thing - even BB could not extract anything when her dismissal was upheld by Court. More the damaging remarks against N $, more difficult it becomes for PMLN to gain lost ground that is why they are reacting. They know the type of damage these remarks are doing to them.
PMLN has very different power grabbing formula and it always involved entire troika with them. PMLN does not yield huge public mobilization power like PTI nowadays or PPP in ZA Bhuttos and BB's days.
The troika they use, is civil administration/bureaucracy, judiciary and military establishment. Army is playing on the back foot and somewhat neutral. PMLN today wants their support and not neutrality, they tried their best through Ch Nisar but it hasn't worked how they wanted. Gen Bajwa has categorically vowed to uphold constitution and carry out directives as prescribed as per constitution in a meeting with $harif this week.
Bureaucracy is still very much in the pocket of PMLN, especially Punjab. Second generation of bureaucrats are with them; one such example is of a close family friends of mine Khalid Sherdil was DC Islamabad during Dharna days Mujahid Sherdil has also always gotten critical postings like in Sialkot and Lahore and their dad was Late AZK Sherdil was Principal secretary to Nawaz Sharif, cultured and educated persons but absolute tilt towards Nawaz $harif. This is just to give example how bureaucracy is controlled and how it gets used during elections. If any such DCO and with similar type DPO is posted; even Zamanat of BB from Larkana can be forfeited.
Now we come to Judiciary, in present circumstances any action by Judiciary will be fully supported by mass public opinion as well as will have full military protection however bureaucracy will still behave in the same way as it does in favour of $harifs.
PMLN has always played with troika on their side, $harif cannot be comfortable if they feel any of the arm is not "reporting" to him. That unease always make him rash decisions and perhaps time has come for him to make yet another one!
PMLN had its galleries satisfied like in 1993 when he got reinstated by SCP this is how Reuters ended their story:
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, in dark vest, was returned to power yesterday by the Pakistan Supreme Court. Later, he prayed at the grave of Mohammed Zia ul-Haq, whose conservative legacy he inherited. (Reuters)
-----------------------------------
Q1. Let's suppose for one second that $harif's get acquitted in the case, what will be your reaction and how do you see $harif's political career from that point forward?
Q2. If $harif's get disqualified and barred from active politics, then what scenarios do you foresee?
Yehi remarks poori karwai ke baad verdict main likh detey... tou koi kuchh nahi kehta..
express, samaa, ary par mil jayein gay aisey namoney ye 10-12 log hi hain jo har jagah comments kartey hainYehi remarks poori karwai ke baad verdict main likh detey... tou koi kuchh nahi kehta..
Ya Shaikh,
Inn logon ko yahan invite karo naa!
Thank you for the post especially for posting in English because a lot of people here post in Urdu (which is against the rules of the forum) and the use of weird, unfamiliar and non-standard words/spellings makes it even more difficult to understand.
There is an old Urdu adage; translation: "A foolish friend can be more dangerous than a wise enemy".
However, the issue we are dealing with is immaturity if some of our people who are goring berserk over the remarks by the honorable justice and they start speaking exactly the same words as PM office. That is where we need to be vigilant and keep an eye on who tries has a slight change of opinion because black sheep and the trojan horse never expose themselves until the right time.
So that's a proper hint for us - the people of Pakistan, these are the ones, we should keep an eye on. Such people are either immature kids with half grown brains or they are simply black sheep and ultimate trolls who try to dodge the gullible as friends only to deceive them when it is the most inopportune.

You will find certain people here on the forum and elsewhere make even the suggestions that the SC justice should take back his remarks as if calling some names to this godfather family is a cardinal sin for them and even an honourable justice is not allowed to utter those words.

OK.. So I didn't know about this rule.. BTW, I have seen even moderators writing in roman Urdu.
**IF** the above three paras are directed towards me (as I am the one dissenting with rather popular standpoint on this particular issue).. I wasn't expecting these statements from you after you have probably read my more than 3000 posts on this thread. Again saying *IF* your comments are directed towards my posts..
It is a public forum, and everyone has the right to explain his/ her point of view. This POV could be right or wrong. It doesn't mean that someone is a Trojan or a foolish friend, or an enemy in the guise of a friend, I think that the Judges should not behave immaturely to appease people who act immaturely. This action could have been taken at a later stage, and the remarks could have been given in verdict.
Sometimes, an always offensive strategy proves to be detrimental to a bigger cause. Anyway, will not say more on this topic.. I reserve my point of view and don't care what others think. I could be proven wrong, or right. This is what I think at this particular moment.
I agree with you on some points but I have to go soon for jumma prayer so I can't answer detailedI dont think we should doubt intentions of members here.. Regular members of this thread have read each others' posts for long enough..to know who is on whose side?
Also... This is a discussion forum.. There will be divergent views..and that is its beauty..none can expect all to have the same point of view as him / her.. Not all can be expected to confirm to a single POV... Everyone has differnt personlities/ different thinking process..so even with the best of intentions, everyone will see a single situation from a different angle...and this is what discussion/debate is all about... If everyone has same POV, will there be any thing left to debate?
We know exactly by now..... who is on whose side? We can all argue, debate, stick to our own point..but to accuse someone of being a trojan horse just because someone has a different interpretation/ POV of a particular situation..is very wrong...and rude too...
This would have been understandable for newer members..we can suspect them...but those, whose posts we have been reading for a long time..its very unfair
I myself have been accused of being noonie, in the begining, then ppl sometimes think tht i spread negativity...but then only i know my intentions.. Infact i think almost all understand...tht even if i am negative..i dont have any hidden agenda.. Just because i sometimes see the situation from a different angle as others...doesnt make me, or anyone else..less patriotic.. I almost always stick to my point...but if i see myself being proven factually or logically incorrect..i would never be shy to apologise...
So, i think everyone should have the freedom to express himself/herself freely...none should expect others to always agree with others or atleast with majority opinion... One should always speak its own mind..rather than agree with others..just because that is only the acceptable thing...or because someother POV will be viewed negatvely or invite criticism... If tht happens tht everyone starts agreeing with others for fear of being accused/criticised......trust me..this forum will lose all its worth...
