I simply dont get this, yeh tu seedhi seedhi phir SC or CJ ki kamzori hai ke unho ne Ephedrine Abbasi ki Petition ko samaat ke liay manzoor kia, agar already ECP or Lower courts main IK saray documents or proof provide ker chuka hai tu.

They are just delaying it.. Actually, Ephedrine Abbasi filed the case last year.. from that time he was delaying it till today..

Supreme Court rejects SBP, SECP's nominees for Panamagate JIT​

A special bench of the Supreme Court (SC) overseeing implementation of the Panamagate verdict on Wednesday rejected the the Securities and Exchange Commission Pakistan (SECP) and the State Bank of Pakistan's (SBP) nominees for a Joint Investigation Team (JIT) probing Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and his sons' business dealings abroad.

The three-judge bench headed by Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan rejected the proposed names, directing the SECP chairman and SBP governor to appear in the next hearing and ordered them to provide lists of all officers in Grade 18 and above.

The next hearing of the case will take place on Friday.
